Dr. Frame received her Doctorate in Learning Technologies from Pepperdine University. She has led educational research studies, evaluations, and professional development in the use of technology to improve learning.  Her research interests include blended learning, one-to-one computing, and using technology to support personalized learning strategies. She is the Chief Learning Officer for eClass4learning.
